Who am I to argue with the proven success of the 6P mantra used by creatives and strategists from so many industries?
The planning phase is one of the most important in the process, is essential to consistent quality and a successful outcome.
These few painless steps make all the difference:
The initial phone call is where we chat about what you envision. I'll ask you some questions and, no doubt, you'll have some for me. Most people don't really know what else to ask besides "How much?" (and we will get to that) but, this 10min phone call where we start exploring your vision will have your mind ticking over ready, for the next step.
The in-person consultation is where we meet face to face. I come to your home or we can meet somewhere local or use Zoom. This is where we get to know each other a bit better, look at the quality of the products you want and make a decision about booking. Once your time and date are locked in, we'll get down to the fun stuff - the nitty gritty about how we're going to achieve your vision, from styling to location to display options.
Prior to your session, we'll touch base as needed (phone, zoom or in-person - whatever you need to make it work for you). We'll go through your checklist to make sure everything is under control so you can come to your session relaxed and ready to make some magic.
The easiest part of the whole process.
Because we've already met, there are no awkward introductions for adults or children. We planned well so you're confident of the process and that everything is under control. With nothing left to do, you're relaxed and ready for your portrait session.
Let's have some fun and start creating some magic.
Arguably, the hardest part of the whole process.
Depending on the location, I can project your proofs for you to choose from about 60mins after the session or within a week. We'll organise a suitable time for all decision-makers to be present and go through what we created. The clever part of this phase is that we will already have taken photos of where you want to hang any wall art and will be able to mock up an image in the scale of what it will look like in your own space.
It can be a bit overwhelming to make a decision but, do not fear, there are NEVER any pressure tactics used - you invest in only what you love.
Once you've finalised your choice, it's time for me to complete the process of ordering etc. Delivery times depend on suppliers, so can vary. When your order arrives and has a final check to ensure only the best quality, you will receive a very excited call and we'll organise a delivery time.
All that is left is to enjoy. MAGIC!
